Shreeya and Sophie | Bluebonnets 2012

I couldn’t have picked a better location for these two little ladies. They have a spirit of adventure and a love for animals that combined perfectly in a thick field of bluebonnets, ladybugs and butterflies. This year, we were blessed with some amazingly beautiful fields of wildflowers. They filled the highways and byways and thankfully they filled up most of the field and land in the Las Colinas area so we could safely take pictures.
Combine beautiful flowers and beautiful sisters and you have photographic magic. These little girls are so sweet. They took turns letting the ladybug land on their hands and were amazingly gentle. I love these little ladies. We shot on an overcast day, so the light was amazing…..which meant it was so hard to narrow down the gallery, so I might have gone a little overboard. Hope you enjoy!

Organic Bloom Frame Sale

If you haven’t gotten one of these frames you are missing out. They are really beautifully crafted and all to your custom specifications. You can select any of the 54 custom colors or at no additional charge you can select any color Benjamin Moore paint. As costs increased during the year, Organic Bloom determined in March a price increase was necessary and prices went up around 15% and in ornament frames went up by about 30%. Before the price increase I placed an order knowing I wanted to do another on hand frame sale. I just got an email letting me know that these beautiful frames are on the way. Sydney | Bluebonnets 2012

I’ve been loving all these bluebonnet sessions. I didn’t have a chance to post a bluebonnet mini-session date as you guys beat me too it. My schedule filled up as quick as the highways filled with flowers. I’d hate for anyone to miss out on this beautiful bluebonnet season so I’m hoping the bluebonnets stay around until after Easter and I can fit in a few sessions next week. Send me an email if you are interested in details for bluebonnets or wildflowers. Ok, now on to this adorable session.

Sydney’s mom emailed me about getting a session and it couldn’t have worked out any better. I think it was pretty much 48 hours later Miss Sydney was out playing with the flowers. Not only is this little lady ADORABLE, but she has the clearest little voice and an amazing vocabulary. I’m so glad that she has moved to Texas….though by the time Summer rolls around she might be missing those Colorado temperatures. She’s a sweet girl full of hugs, kisses and adventure. I love this little lady.
